The Chairman

Francis W. Peebles MBE

Born in Dudley, Worcestershire in 1933 he was educated at the Stanley House private grammar school in Edgbaston, he graduated from Southampton University with a BSc in electronics.

In 1950 he joined the Royal Air Force as a member of the operational aircrew where he achieved promotion to Tactical Commander, he saw service in the UK, Near, Middle and Far East. He was decorated with an MBE in the Queen's New Year Honours List of 1968. After retirement from the Royal Air Force in 1973 he commenced a career with Marconi Electronics as a Programme Manager on the prestigious "Stingray" torpedo project and played an active part in the development of military and commercial satellite communications equipment.

As a valued member of the team, Francis uses his considerable experience to guide his fellow directors in the board level decision-making process at CashBack Sales & Administration S.A.

The Directors

Mr Anthony Larvin

Tony hails from the East Riding of Yorkshire and spent most of his formative years in his home city of Kingston upon Hull. Tony was educated at the David Lister Senior High School though chose to channel his talents away from academic studies and into sport where he excelled, not only individually but also as a team leader. At 17 he turned professional with local Rugby League team Hull Kingston Rovers and enjoyed several seasons amongst the professional ranks. He also greatly benefited from a season playing rugby in Australia for Eastern Suburbs in Brisbane. His never-say-die attitude has been carried over from his playing days into his business ethics and he lives by the quote of: "Winners never quit and Quitters never win", which was impressed upon him during his time spent in Australia.

Tony is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, where he revels in using his knowledge of success and team-work to motivate his fellow colleagues.

Mr Brian Mooney

Born in Nottingham, Brian Mooney has for over thirty years been involved in sales and marketing. After learning his sales and marketing training skills in the USA he set up his Business Management and Training company, which has provided services to companies such as banks, finance houses, universities, motor dealerships and, over the past ten years, to companies involved in the leisure industry internationally.

The Training and Business Management courses he has produced are currently used by many companies in Europe, Scandinavia and South Africa. Having built an international network of associates ranging from travel, property, insurance and finance, he now advises several boards in respect of their business development programmes. Brian's role in the company covers marketing, staff and supplier training to ensure the promotion is operated and presented to the very highest standards.

Mr Stuart Tristram

Stuart Tristram hails from Hampshire in southern England and was educated at St. Edward's School, Oxford before going on to read a combined marketing degree at Surrey University. Having worked within a marketing environment for several years he possesses a discerning understanding of the inner workings of sales promotions. Coupled with this is a thorough understanding of the psychology, sociology and anthropology of consumer behaviour and how satisfaction is achieved by meeting the customers' needs.

His ethos is that the consumer should never be kept in the dark and through honest sales promotion tactics and first-rate communication both consumer and business can prosper. Stuart's responsibilities as a director cover marketing, administration and operations.
